Health Promotion and Education
These workshops are led by a SHS Nutritionist and can be tailored to your group’s specific needs and requests. Topics may include how to maintain a healthy diet while being an active, busy student working off of a low budget, eating healthy over the holidays, or other nutritional guidance that is of relevance and interest to your group.

A fun and interactive way to learn about nutrition and healthy eating with an additional section on physical activity! Topics include “Eat This, Not That”, “I Like to Move It”, “Eating Healthy at Penn”, “Balanced is Always Better”, and “Random Trivia”.
The (bi-)Annual College Health Assessment tells us that Penn students are low on their fruit and vegetable consumption. How can we help you improve your nutrition?
Are you interested in learning how to make healthy choices when you go out to eat with your friends? Do you need some practical cooking skills? We have a slew of nutritional programs and education sessions available for you.
